Directions

  • Add all ingredients into the bread maker in the order listed above.
  • Close the lid, plug the power cord into outlet and select the Speciality setting.
  • Press Start.
  • Close the lid.

  • Setting = Speciality

Ingredients

    Water 750g
    Olive oil 1 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Dried milk powder  1 tbsp
    White bread flour 450g
    Yeast 1½ tsp
    Sultanas  200g 
    Honey  1 tbsp 
    Malt extract  2 tbsp 
    Black treacle 1½ tbsp
