  • Pour all ingredients in bread maker.
  • Remove from the loaf tin, work into a ball on a floured surface, then leave to rest under a clean cloth for about 15 minutes.
  • Knead dough until smooth, If the dough is sticky add a little extra flour. Add your preferred toppings, then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6 for 15 to 20 minutes, till the crust is golden brown and the toppings are fully cooked.

    Olive oil  1 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Sugar 2 tbsp
    Strong white flour  400g
    Yeast 1 tsp
    Mixed herbs 1 tsp
