Directions

Method:
1. Mix the icing sugar and lemon juice together and leave to rest until needed.
2. Mix all the ingredients together.
3. Add to the cake pop maker and bake for 5- 8 minutes or until cooked in the centre. Use a cake tester to check the centre is completely cooked.
4. Dip cooked pops into the lemon glaze and serve

Ingredients

    1 cup flour (all purpose)
    ½ cup sugar
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1 egg
    ½ cup buttermilk
    ½ tsp vanilla essence
    1 tsp red gel colouring (found at baking shops)
    1 tsp coco powder
    3 tbsp cooking oil

    Lemon glaze:
    100 g icing sugar
    Juice of 1 lemon
