Lemon marmalade

Directions

  • Add the lemon and 1 cup of water to the pressure cooker, close the lid and set on rice delicate
  • Once cooked add the sugar, half a cup water  and lemon juice
  • Set the pressure cooker to rice, rich.
  • Once cooked remove from the pressure cooker and into clean jars
  • Seal tightly. Add 2 cups of water to the pressure cooker
  • Place the jars at the bottom of the pressure cooker
  • Set on rice delicate and close
  • This is to sterilise the jar. Once done remove with a glove allow to cool then refridgerate

Ingredients

    500 g lemons, halved and sliced thinly

    1kg sugar

    Juice of a lemon

    1-2 cups water
