CROISSANT BUTTER PUDDING

Directions

  • Slice the croissants and lay in the oven proof dish.
  • Mix milk, eggs, vanilla and sugar together.
  • Pour mixture over croissants and allow croissant to absorb the mixture.
  • Sprinkle raisins over the mixture and butter.
  • Place the pudding into the Salton Convection oven for 20 minutes or until mixture has set.
  • Remove the pudding from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
  • Chefs tip: add nutella to the croissants for a chocolate nut flavor.

Ingredients

    4 Croissants
    500ml Milk
    4 Eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    40g Sugar
    20g Raisins
    40g Butter, cut into small cubes
