  • Top and tail the pineapple and remove all the skin using a sharp knife.
  • Cut into quarters lengthways and remove the tough central core.
  • Cut the flesh into chunk pieces and place in the Smoothie Maker.
  • Stand the mango on a chopping board and cut either side of the flat stone using a sharp knife.
  • Scoop out the flesh and add this to the Smoothie Maker.
  • Add the bananas and water.
  • Blend on low for a few seconds and then switch to high and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Peel the papaya, then cut in half and discard the seeds.
  • Cut the flesh into small pieces.
  • Divide the papaya onto four plates and pour over the mango and pineapple sauce.
  • Finish with spoonfuls of bio yoghurt and a little shredded coconut if desired.


    1 small pineapple
    1 ripe mango
    2 bananas, peeled and thickly sliced
    125ml cold water
    1 ripe papaya
    fat free bio yoghurt and shredded coconut to serve (optional)
